Throwback Thursday Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my family and friends! I hope everyone ate well and spent time with their favorites.

For some, the best part of the day is the bird. For me? It's the outfit! Another excuse to get all gussied up and festive, know what I mean? You're reading this blog. Of course you do! ;)

This year I went for a retro style, 70's look. I really love that era. Not sure why I'm so drawn to it. It's earthy and glamorous at the same time. Here is my take on that look. The deep mustard color blouse lends itself to Autumn just perfectly. Not to mention the weather was beautiful today. Not too cold which allowed for easy layering.

The Lost Summer Files

Well, hey errrbody! I'm still alive! It's been a wonderful Summer filled with occasions, socializing and fun Summer fashion, of course. I've been quite the busy bee and I have neglected to post - shame on me. I can't believe it's been so long! I figured I'd make one giant blog post with my favorite highlights from the Summer that I never got to share.
I already have some awesome fall posts lined up but before we jump ahead, lets reflect back, shall we? This is going to be a long one.....

It was a fantastic Summer - I'm blessed to have so many great people in my life to share it with - now we move into Autumn! Bring on the jackets and pumpkins!
